Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Lumeva is committed to making its website accessible to the widest reasonable audience. We want the site to be usable by people regardless of age, ability or the technology they use to access it. Where we fall short, we want to know so we can address it.

This statement applies to the website at lumeva.biz.

Conformance Target

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are widely accepted as the benchmark for accessible web content.

Measures We Have Taken

To support WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, the following measures are applied across the site:

Semantic HTML

We use appropriate HTML elements — headings, landmarks, lists, buttons and form labels — so that screen readers and assistive technologies can interpret the page structure correctly.

Keyboard navigation

All interactive elements — navigation links, buttons, form fields, FAQ items, cookie toggles and the cookie dialog — are reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Focus states are visible.

Colour contrast

Text and interactive elements are checked to meet a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their backgrounds, in line with WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.3.

Reduced motion support

The site uses no looping animations. Where motion is present, it responds to the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Content is always visible without JavaScript.

Descriptive alt text

All content images carry descriptive alt text relevant to the page context. Decorative images use empty alt attributes so screen readers skip them.

Labelled forms

Every form field on the site has a visible label associated with it programmatically. Required fields are indicated both visually and in the markup.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where we have not yet fully met our target:

We review these limitations as part of ongoing maintenance and address them as resources allow.
